Man I’ve tried em all. Metal band only for me. They break but they are the best choice for me so far. Hopefully silicon works better for you than it did for me.

I like my NATOs a lot. Once they smell I throw them into a laundry and they are like new again

Hibiclens wash for the wrist every day helps prevent the stink. Same for underarms, etc.

I’m right there with you. Metal or silicone for me. I used to like nylon, but those can stink too.

Metal, non-stretch for me. Makes it easy to notice when I lose or gain weight.
